Processing Time and Shipping

In-stock products: Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days.
Handmade products: Since our items are carefully handcrafted and sealed (including our candles), processing may take 2–4 business days.
For made-to-order items or products low in stock, processing times may be slightly longer.

If we cannot ship your order within the indicated timeframe, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We ship worldwide through trusted carriers such as PostNL, DHL, DPD, and FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

Netherlands: 1–8 business days
European Union: 5–9 business days
International: 5–12 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs inspections.

Shipping Costs

Netherlands: Free shipping on orders above €45.
International: Free shipping on orders above €55.

For orders below these amounts, shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Customer Responsibility

The Customer is responsible for providing correct and complete address and contact details.
SlinnvaLuxe is not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect information provided by the Customer.

Orders Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will open an investigation with the carrier to locate your package.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Solution

If applicable, SlinnvaLuxe may request the return of the product, or we will provide a replacement or alternative solution.
For approved claims, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Candle Flower Bouquet

Due to the delicate nature of this product, it cannot be returned.
In case of damage upon delivery, you will receive store credit equal to the value of the damaged item.

Customs and Import Duties 

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
SlinnvaLuxe has no control over these fees and cannot estimate the amount in advance.
