Slinnva Luxe is a creative lifestyle brand offering handmade candles, home décor and experiences that totally tell our story.

Each piece we make is created to reflect inner luxury, presence and balance within the spaces you live in.

Yes. All our candles and jesmonite home decor are handmade in small batches.

Because of this process, slight variations in colour, texture or finish may occur and are considered part of the product's unique character.

All non-jesmonite products are not handmade.

All Slinnva Luxe handmade products are made in the Netherlands and shipped both within Europe and Internationally.

Products & Materials

Our candles are made using carefully selected soy and coconut wax blends.

Some candles are mixed with gel wax, like the ice cubs of the
All our Jesmonite Home Décor items are made of water-based Jesmonite. Useable for years and easy to clean.

Some Slinnva Luxe candles are scented, while others focus on atmosphere and form. Fragrance information is always listed on the individual product page.

Yes, when used as intended. Please follow the instructions on our Candle Care and basic and basic fire and basic fire safety guidelines.

Candle Use & Care

Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn and trim the wick before each use.

This helps prevent tunneling and ensures a consistent burn.

We recommend burning candles for a maximum of 4 hours at a time for safety and optimal performance.

This usually indicates that the wick is too long.
Extinguish the candle, trim the wick and allow the wax to cool before relighting.

Orders

If your ourder has not been processed or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.

If gift options are available, they will be listed on the product page or during check out.

Shipping

We ship within the Netherlands, across Europe and internationally.
Available shipping destinations and costst are shown during checkout.

We ship within 1-3 days, if products are in stock.
Custom made items,, or if the items are not in stock we take 2-5 days to ship.
Delivery times depend on your location.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout, but delays caused by carriers or customs may occur.

Yes. Once your order has been dispatches, you will recieve a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.

For international orders outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Workshops & Experiences

Yes. Slinnva Luxe offers private, corporate and seasonal workshops centred around candle and home décor making.

Workshops are designed for beginners as well as those with creative experience. Guidance is provided throughout the session.

Private and corporate workshop enquiries can be made via email. Details and availability will be discussed individually.

Workshop booking are subject to specific terms. Cancellation or rescheduling conditions will be communicated prior to the event.

Sustainability & Values

Sustainability is approached as part of how materials are chosen and products made. Small batch production and mindful material use support longevity and reduce excess.

Wholesale

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
