Are all products handmade?
Yes. Every candle and home décor piece is handcrafted in small batches.We use a blend of natural soy and coconut wax, for a clean, long-lasting burn. Each item is individually finished, resulting in subtle variations that make every piece unique.
Do the candles contain paraffin or synthetic additives?
No. All candles are made from natural, vegan-friendly ingredients. The wax blend is paraffin-free, fragrance oils are phthalate-free, and all materials are cruelty-free.
What type of wicks are used?
High-quality cotton or wooden wicks are used to ensure an even burn and a calm, cozy ambiance.
What is Jesmonite?
Jesmonite is an eco-conscious, water-based composite material known for its durability and refined stone-like texture. It’s the base material for our trays, jars,diffusers, and decorative pieces.
Are the products scented?
All of our candles are scented with clean, premium fragrance oils. Unscented or lightly scented versions can be created upon request for costumized orders.
Orders & Personalized
Is personalization available?
Yes. We offer custom options such as engraved lids, personalized labels, or curated scent combinations. Requests can be made during checkout or via email at info@slinnva.com.
Is gift wrapping available?
Yes. Each order is carefully packaged in the brand’s signature beige-gold tones. A gift wrap option can be added at checkout for an enhanced unboxing experience.
Are corporate or wholesale orders possible?

Shipping & Delivery
Where does Slinnva Exclusive ship?
Orders are shipped worldwide.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. EU orders may take 3–7 business days, depending on location.
How can customers track their orders?
Once the order has been dispatched, a tracking link is automatically sent by email.
What if a package arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, customers are advised to email info@slinnva.com within 48 hours of receipt, including clear photos. The issue will be resolved promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
Are returns accepted?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Personalized or custom-made items are excluded from returns.
How can a return be initiated?
To initiate a return, send an email to info@slinnva.com with the order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
Are shipping costs refundable?
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect.

Are the materials sustainable?
Yes. we prioritizes eco-friendly and cruelty-free materials. The wax, Jesmonite, and packaging are chosen for their sustainability and quality.
Can candle jars be reused or recycled?
Yes. Jesmonite jars can be cleaned with a damp cloth and repurposed as decorative storage or recycled.
Is a refill service available?
A refill program is being developed and will be introduced for selected products. Updates will be shared through the newsletter.

Yes. The brand offers luxury candle-making and Jesmonite décor workshops for individuals, private groups, and corporate events.
