Returns and Exchanges – SlinnvaLuxe

At SlinnvaLuxe, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. Below you will find our full Returns and Exchanges Policy, applicable to all orders placed through our online store.

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with European consumer legislation, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

When exercising your right of withdrawal:

• You will receive a refund of the purchase value of the returned items
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer
• Refunds are issued after the returned items have been received and inspected

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must meet the following criteria:

• Unused, undamaged, and unwashed
• In original packaging (including protective materials, boxes, labels, etc.)
• Include the order number or receipt if possible

SlinnvaLuxe reserves the right to refuse refunds or issue partial refunds if items do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Limited Edition candles
• Candle Flower Bouquets (due to their delicate nature)
• Gift cards
• Digital products
• Discounted or sale items
• Products damaged by improper use or neglect

Exchanges (Within 30 Days)

You may exchange eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

• Personalized, custom-made, and discounted items cannot be exchanged
• Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received and inspected
• Additional shipping costs may apply for sending the new item

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may apply in the following situations:

• Items are returned damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition (not caused by SlinnvaLuxe)
• Items are returned beyond 30 days
• Packaging or essential components are missing

In such cases, the refund amount will be determined based on the resale value of the returned product.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

• The refund will be processed within 7 business days
• The amount will be credited to your original payment method
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, processing times may vary

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and sent directly to you:

• You will receive a gift voucher for the return value
• The voucher is valid for one year on our webshop

If the gift was not marked as such or was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

For orders above €75, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking or insurance.
SlinnvaLuxe is not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.
